You may return new, unopened items sold and shipped by Twisted Entertainment, LLC within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, less cost of shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping both ways. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date you ship it back.

All items sold are made available via immediate download link or will be shipped within 3-5 business days. The cost of shipping is added to all orders for physical product.
